1. UHMWPE roller is made by UHMWPE whose abrasion resistance is 10 times than that of HDPE and 7 times than steel's. As its this special feature, UHMWPE roller can be widely used in application of mining industry, coastal industry and so on.
2. Absorption of impact energy
UHMWPE has the highest impact strength among any other engineering plastics, about three times than that of nylon, two times than that of PC, five times that of ABS. UHMWPE roller can stand repeated impaction and has superior abrasion and corrosion resistance. 3. Effective sealing system
The primary labyrinth seal prevents most of the dust to get into the bearing house, and no water could leak in. The narrow clearance between bearing house and shaft forms the second sealing, the bearing house are made of UHMWPE which has a very low surface energy and are anti-adhesion, so it is repulsive to dust and water. It is quite difficulty for dust to get through the narrow channel
4 Light weight and energy saving
UHMWPE rollers are only one third less in weight than steel roller, they are even lighter than HDPE roller, since they have superior strength .Light weight and low friction result in considerable energy saving.
5. Reduced belt damage
UHMWPE roller is self-lubricant, and prevent the adhesion of any transfer material, so there is little damage resulted by conveying the belt, not mention to make the roller stop working.
6. Noise reduction
UHMWPE is a good noise obstruction material . It generates much less noise than conventional steel roller and HDPE. Therefore, UHMWPE is very environmentally friendly.
7. Corrosion resistance
UHMWPE roller can withstand humidity, corrosive chemicals, acids, salt and alkalis.
8. No sticking
UHMWPE could not be sticked by any material, so no conveyor material will be sticked to the roller's surface.
